Jake Maxey is a registered professional electrical engineer in multiple states. His job is to cultivate a winning team that drives Client satisfaction and retention, followed closely by having a great time at work with people you respect. During the work week, he is spending most of his time contributing to the growth of younger engineers, managing projects and multiple competing deadlines, and having a great freakin' time doing it. His ultimate work product is something of great value and includes safety in every aspect. 

During off-hours, Jake and his brother Steve work on their shared personal mission of spreading awareness, success, and accessibility to the world of engineering to aspiring and early career engineers. They call this the Impactful Engineer Project!

Steve Maxey is a mechanical engineer who is dedicated to elevating highly cohesive, innovative, and effective engineering teams. Since 2011, he has specialized in new product development within fast paced industries such as consumer products, automotive, and aerospace; both as a design engineer and in engineering management. He is passionate about encouraging his teams to reach their full potential, find fulfillment in their work, and understanding all perspectives around them. He is also a hardcore car enthusiast, so don’t get him too excited about cars unless you want to talk for hours!
